MUSIC COMPILATIONS
I approach the selling of music like the selling of my artwork, whereby limited editions are made, and then discontinued. This ensures that the work remains unique, and gives the artist their own individual signature on the product. My editions include not only the set list of songs, but also include other extras (similar to the extra features on a DVD). My extras include pod collections, my original photography and artwork, video slideshows, art movies, animations, books, postcards, excerpts from my diary, unreleased experimental music, original posters, posters of my strategy cards, miscellaneous items such as original recipes, etc. Sometimes CDs or DVDs will list extras, sometimes I leave it up to surprise! |
